In a quiet baryo in Cagayan Valley, young Ging-ging lives with her parents under the growing tension in the area. The family decides to flee the province. But with no money for travel, Nestor chooses to stay behind and sell their belongings, as Oreng and Ging-ging head to Rita’s house to wait for him.
On their way, they witness a brutal execution in the forest and narrowly escape. At Rita’s, they await Nestor.
