A 1960s Jell-O advertisement revisited and revised. The initial values of the perfect suburban nuclear family are transformed through techniques of bleach, paint and punching holes in the celluloid. Through the use of freeze frame, nuanced subtleties embedded in the advertisement take on new meaning. The idyllic and seamless Jell-O fantasy is displaced.
